As the Managing Director of L&P Operations CO FZCO since 2020, he has led consulting, engineering, and joint venture partnerships across multiple industries. His career spans leadership roles at major corporations, including Baker Hughes, NOVOMET, and Innovex Downhole Solutions, where he managed large teams, drove business development, and oversaw complex completion systems. With a Mechanical Engineering Technologies degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Michael has built a reputation for innovation, securing a patent for an ESP-triggered SSSV. His global expertise covers North Asia, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific markets, making him a key player in energy operations and emerging technologies.

Junlei Wang is an experienced engineering and operations executive with over 25 years in the oilfield service industry. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Petroleum and has worked extensively in engineering, operations, and sales management across both state-owned and international companies. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Tianjin West Technology Co., Ltd, he oversees oilfield services. His career includes leadership roles at PCOP, Baker Hughes China, and BJ Oilfield Services, specializing in pressure pumping, fracturing, coiled tubing, and completion systems. With a strong background in technical training, he has earned multiple certifications in cementing, coiled tubing, and enterprise network security.
Get to Know Dave
Dave began his petroleum career in 1994 while earning his Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge. Starting on service rigs, he gained expertise in completions and production techniques before joining Schlumberger Canada as a Field Engineer, specializing in logging and perforating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He later transitioned to an IT role in Calgary, focusing on production analysis and reporting. Over the years, he pursued opportunities in procurement, technical sales, and management, ultimately becoming a partner at LnP Operation. With extensive Oil & Gas experience, Dave is known for delivering top-tier results, handling complex projects, and collaborating with service teams to provide precise solutions for clients.
